Model JYJ 500A
The JYJ 500A wood chip blower is equipped with two turbines in parallel: one for air via a venturi system, the other to suck the wood chips into the central box. Powered by a Hydro Leduc motor and a hydraulic auger, it allows for efficient mixing of chips/air and an adjustable flow rate. Propulsion pipes: 150mm.
Blower hopper equipped for chips

Blower door with two turbines operating in parallel. One brings the air through a
venturi system, the other was designed to suck the shavings into a suction box in the center of the door.

This turbine is powered by a 156mm diameter worm screw, pitch 150, pitch
to the left and not to the right, to bring the chips back to the center of the turbine.

The mixing of chips and air takes place inside the suction box, and in the outlet cone by the venturi of the air turbine.

This blower is driven by a Hydro Leduc M25 or M32 motor, it also has a 315cc hydraulic motor for the auger.

The unloading speed is adjustable by a hydraulic regulator.

The propulsion pipes are 150mm in diameter.
Installation of a noise-reducing hood with external control for ease of use
Integrated blower in two doors with external control
(increased noise reduction efficiency and improved aesthetics)
70hp autonomous thermal engine (diesel)
Biodegradable vegetable oil
