Blower hopper equipped for chips

Blower door with double turbine operating in parallel, one brings air through a venturi system, the other has been designed to suck the chips into a suction box in the center of the door.

This turbine is powered by a 156mm diameter worm screw, pitch 150, pitch
to the left and not to the right, to bring the chips back to the center of the turbine.

The mixing of chips and air takes place inside the suction box, and in the outlet cone by the venturi of the air turbine.

This blower is driven by a Hydro Leduc M32 or M41 motor, the auger by a 315cc hydraulic motor.

The unloading speed is adjustable by a hydraulic regulator.

The propulsion pipes are 150mm in diameter.
Installation of a noise-reducing hood with external control for ease of use
Integrated blower in two doors with external control (increased noise reduction efficiency and improved aesthetics)
70hp autonomous thermal engine (diesel)
Biodegradable vegetable oil

Training | Distance from unloading | Flow rate (m3/min) | Configuration |
32 cc NEEDED HYDROLIC ≥ 120 L/MIN | > 40 | 0.8 to 1.2 | ON DUMP DOOR (NOISE REDUCTION COVER) |
32 cc NEEDED HYDROLIC ≥ 120 L/MIN | > 40 | 0.8 to 1.2 | Double door finish |
94 hp thermal diesel | > 40 | 0.8 to 1.2 | Self-training + dumpster + double door finish |
