Blower hopper equipped for chips
• Blower hopper adapted to the dimensions of your JYJ 400 or JYJ 500 blower bucket.
• Driven by a 15kW or 17kW electric motor depending on the model.
• 480 - 600 V three-phase pole which drives a blower with three reaction blades and in the form of a V.
• Model specially equipped for shavings.
• Suction is achieved through a 150mm diameter cone.
• Endless screw at the bottom of the hopper, diameter 160, pitch 150, pitch to the left and pitch to the right, bringing the product back to the center opposite the suction in a product-air mixing box, this endless screw is driven by a 315CC hydraulic motor. It is adjustable by flow regulator.
• The transmission between the motor, the blower and the hydraulic pump is done by pulleys and multi-strand belts.
• It is recommended to ground the discharge pipe to avoid static electricity.
